Q. When I got married, my husband and I were in the process of putting in a contract to buy a house. We postponed it until after we got back from our honeymoon. My mother has been after me to send out thank-you notes for wedding gifts, but I want to wait until we close on our house for sure and then use that address on the envelopes.
